How can I place an order?

You may place an order through our website or by calling our toll free number at 1-855-897-7574.

 

Do I require a prescription to purchase pet medications?

Although a prescription is not required (unless otherwise specified), you should always choose the correct medication(s) under the advice of your pet’s veterinarian.  It is recommended that you check with the regulatory authorities in your country if you have any questions about purchasing our products.  However, if you do have a prescription from your vet, you may email, fax, or mail us a copy of it.

Unless otherwise indicated, the pet medications are sourced or manufactured from the US and Europe (such as France and UK).

Please note that we currently do NOT ship pet medications to Canadian addresses.

 

How will my order be sent?

All medications orders are shipped from our government licensed pharmacy in Singapore via DHL registered mail.  All non-medication orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Once received, orders are typically processed within 1 or 2 business days.  Please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery time for most orders.
